REPORTING CENTER / COMMAND CENTER
The Reporting Center / Command Center serves as the central point of coordination, communication, monitoring, and operational support for Bailey Tracking Division. This department is responsible for receiving and processing participants, maintaining accurate records, coordinating monitoring services, and ensuring that all court-ordered or program-related requirements are properly documented and managed.
The Command Center supports the day-to-day operation of electronic monitoring and supervision services, including ankle monitoring and alcohol monitoring. Staff may assist with participant check-ins, equipment coordination, alert notifications, compliance documentation, and communication with authorized agencies, supervising officers, courts, attorneys, and other approved parties.
Through organized procedures, timely communication, and accurate recordkeeping, the Reporting Center / Command Center helps ensure that monitoring information is handled efficiently and that potential violations, alerts, or concerns are addressed according to established procedures. The department provides the operational foundation necessary to promote accountability, enhance public safety, and support the effective administration of monitoring services.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE MONITORING
Bailey Tracking Division provides monitoring services designed to support individuals involved in domestic violence-related cases and court-ordered protective conditions. Domestic Violence Monitoring may utilize electronic monitoring technology and other approved tracking services to help promote compliance with court-ordered restrictions and provide additional accountability.
Depending on the specific court order or supervision requirements, monitoring may assist with tracking location restrictions, exclusion zones, geographic boundaries, and other conditions established by the court or supervising authority. The purpose of this service is to provide an additional layer of oversight while supporting the enforcement of court-ordered conditions and helping protect victims and protected parties.
Monitoring information may be reviewed and managed in accordance with applicable procedures and authorized requirements. Bailey Tracking Division works to provide reliable technology, accurate reporting, and responsive communication to assist authorized agencies and supervising professionals in managing cases involving heightened safety concerns.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMS
Substance Abuse Programs provide structured support and education for individuals whose use of alcohol or other substances may have contributed to legal, personal, family, employment, or behavioral challenges.
